TIGHT SHOES
Like many of their peers, the kickers in the Super Bowl wear shoes that are more than one size smaller than their street shoes.
New England's Adam Vinatieri wears a size 10 street shoe but uses an 8 1/2 on game day. Philadelphia's David Akers uses an 8 1/2 on his plant foot and 7 1/2 on kicking foot, but wears a 9 1/2 in street shoes.
